Lieutenant Jinwhe has only just joined the crew of the Radiance. While technically not a Lieutenant, most people either refer to him as lieutenant or just Jinwhe even though it’s not his first name. He looks to be almost 30 but according to everyone you meet, the lieutenant has no history, leaving some who know him to speculate his past. What is known however, is that he is, or was a pilot, and a good one at that. He has earned a reputation for flying dangerous incursions without fear to rescue those in need or to deliver much needed supplies to outposts on the outer rim.
He always seems to have time for those in need but never for the privileged. Always appearing calm and patient, he is often seen helping others and sometimes has that kind of smile like he is reminiscing some happier moment in his life. He is quite thin, indicating that he doesn’t eat a lot, and is often seen jogging with feline grace through the narrow corridors of the ship in a singlet, tracksuit pants and worn out joggers. He stands just 5ft9 tall and dresses casually most of the time, usually in the heavy khaki green pilot uniform that looks like its been taken out of the laundry basket for the third time this week. He always has a heavy blaster strapped to his belt, even when jogging. His appearance most of the time is unkempt with a scruffy looking unshaven jawline and messy short black hair that always looks like he just came out of a wind tunnel.
PS: for some unknown reason, nearly every droid dislikes Jinwhe
Catrin often looks generally annoyed whether that's with herself or someone else or the world at large. She does not however manage to look particularly threatening, especially being about five feet and two inches tall, but that's never stopped her from starting ill advised arguments or fights she couldn't win before. She has brown eyes and very long brown hair, which is almost always up in a tucked braid to keep it out of the way. Her clothing is similarly practical, easy to move in and with several pockets.
If asked she has stated that she had been with the Naboo Herald only briefly, less than a month, before it was attacked and that her reason for being on a refugee ship was a need to get off her home planet immediately. While willing to openly discuss anything that took place after she left she has said almost nothing of anything that happened before.
She is, while not exactly reckless, very willing to put herself in dangerous situations. This is seemingly not because of any kind of thrill seeking attitude but instead because she simply doesn't seem to care. On the other hand, she will become annoyed with others for doing the same, or even more so if they have unnecessarily put others in danger. As of yet she hasn't expressed particular interest in anything other than having something useful to do, and has seemed pleased about the clean air and natural environment on Bakura, something she seems unused to.
Nomi looks like a vagrant child at first glance. At further inspection, is probably in her twenties. She is fairly short, standoffish, extremely distrusting of others.
Nomi is extremely private about her past, but seems to be willing to help those around her to some extent. Prefers the company of droids to humanoids because she can, within reason, predict their reactions. Self reliant and eager to forge her own way most of the time. Seems used to being betrayed, and expects it.
She's always looking over her shoulder. Has a childlike fascination with stars. Dislikes being told what to do, whether or not she deems the command rational.
Will fight tooth and nail if she needs to, would rather avoid confrontation and notice if possible.
Tries to avoid answering questions rather than outright lying, though that line slipps quite a bit.
If asked about her bionic arm, she gives a different, vague, outlandish story
